1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Maskok's digital gold platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Maskok's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Maskok's platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Gold Purchase & Storage
When you purchase gold through Maskok, you are purchasing actual physical gold that is stored in certified, insured vaults. Each purchase is backed by real gold and you maintain full ownership of your gold holdings.
4. Pricing & Fees
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are subject to market fluctuations. Storage fees may apply for vault storage. Delivery fees apply for physical delivery requests.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Delivery & Returns
Physical delivery of gold is available upon request. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Returns are subject to our return policy and must be initiated within the specified timeframe.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maskok shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to market fluctuations, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
